With incorporation in 1997, Shear Scapes, Inc. has consistently continued to enjoy no less than a 25% increase in sales over each year.  Sam and Nancy Marouf own this local family business.  From a 100 sq.ft. bedroom (office), a personal truck and a 400 sq.ft. garage (warehouse), the company now has a custom-designed combination office/warehouse, five vehicles, two trailers, and a vast array of equipment in the 2,000 sq.ft. building.

Sam's innate flair and gifted talent with the earth complements his natural people skills.  The consultation time with  the customer is most enjoyable to him.  He has the opportunity to connect directly with the individual customer.  His proficiency and competence in the field as well as his customer time creates the foundation for the project approval.

Real estate expertise, a financial career, proactive problem-solving techniques and instinctive administrative proficiencies are Nancy's contributions to the company.  Born in Leesburg, VA, her travels have incorporated a federal career as a U.S. Army civilian and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
