Lawn Care Division Lawn Manicure Our team members mow (with grass catchers for residential clients), edge, trim, weed eat, blow and remove the debris as our lawn maintenance service.  We have a 7-day program that is typically cut on a Thursday or Friday.  We also have an 8 – 10 day program (not including Sunday).  The availability of these services is limited by the number and location of the clients. Lawn Health We offer a five to six step lawn treatment program to handle all aspects of the lawn health.  We contract these services for our customers to ensure the most efficient and up to date horticulture services. We have chosen to subcontract our lawn treatment programs for our residential clients. This opportunity provides additional services with lawn specialists at our disposal. We have expanded our relationship with the subcontractor to provide our clients with more service for an equitable price.

Core Aeration and Over seeding Package

Core aeration removes plugs the size of your index finger. It opens the ground to breathe, accept moisture and permits new grass seed to germinate in ‘healthy’ environment. Although core aeration and over seeding can be done in the spring, we recommend this service for the fall. Our core aeration and seeding package ensures equitable seed distribution and a few extras.

Dethatching Package

In the interest of the investment of your money, we only provide core aeration and dethatch packages in the fall. Either package is of significant cost to you, therefore, the peak time for the maximizing on your investment is in September/October. Our packages include fertilizer and seed as a minimum. We will be happy to discuss any questions that you may have regarding these services. Please contact us in August if you are considering using our services for the fall.

Leaf Removal

Accumulation of dead leaves will smother and damage your grass. After your landscaping investment, we recommend use of our leaf removal program. Leaves can be removed from landscaped beds, grass or both. We provide leaf removal services for commercial and residential clients in the fall and through the winter.
